Seven people once lived together and shared a bucket of Congee every day. What's more, Congee is not enough every day

1. How to allocate

Seven people once lived together and shared a bucket of Congee every day. What's worse, Congee is not enough every day.

At the beginning, they drew lots to decide who would share the porridge, one round a day. So every week, they only have one day to be full, that is, the day when they share their porridge. Later, they began to select a person with high morality to share the gruel.

Power will lead to corruption, and everyone will start digging their brains to please and bribe him, causing the entire small group to be in a state of chaos. Then we began to form a three person porridge distribution committee and a four person selection committee, but they often attacked each other and wrangled. Congee was cold to the mouth.

Finally, I came up with a method: take turns to share the porridge, but the person who shares the porridge should wait until everyone else has finished picking up the last bowl. In order to prevent oneself from eating the least, everyone tries to divide equally, even if it is unfair, one can only accept it. Everyone is happy and harmonious, and the days are getting better and better.

If there are seven people with different distribution systems, there will be different customs.

So if a unit has bad work habits, it must be a mechanism problem, it must not be completely fair, just and open, and there must be no strict reward for diligence and punishment for laziness. How to formulate such a system is a question that every leader needs to consider.

2. Your mindset

Three workers are building walls on the construction site. Someone asked what they were doing.

The first worker said indignantly, "Didn't you see? I'm building a wall

The second person answered seriously, 'I am building a building.'.

The third person responded happily, "I am building a beautiful city

Ten years later, the first worker was still building the wall, the second worker became the manager of the construction site, and the third worker became the leader of the city.

We can go as far as our thoughts go. On the same starting line, attitude determines everything; Feel life with a beautiful mood! The small task at hand is actually the beginning of a big undertaking, and realizing this means that you can achieve a big undertaking.

Similarly ordinary work, some people may find it simple and repetitive, dull and boring, while others can face it with a happy heart, perceive the extraordinary in the ordinary, and build their own dreams in the simplicity.
