Human growth is a process, constantly experimenting, trying, and making mistakes. After some tempering, we will eventually gain wisdom.


Every time you start taking action with confidence, you can never predict the outcome. Sometimes, you achieve complete victory; Sometimes, your fantasies are shattered. Whether successful or not, these attempts are extremely valuable. In fact, compared to what you perceive as' success', experiences that you see as' failure 'often give you more.

Forgiveness can clear emotional burdens and is divided into four types:


The first type is to forgive oneself at the beginning;


The second type is initially forgiving others;


The third way is to further forgive oneself.


If it's a serious mistake, when you do something that goes against your values and moral sense, you will deeply feel ashamed and create a rift between your standards and your actual behavior. The fourth, perhaps difficult, is to forgive others at a higher level.


At times in life, you may be unfairly accused or hurt by another person to such an extent that forgiveness is almost impossible. In this situation, you should force yourself to look at the big picture, so that you can shift your focus away from anger and resentment.


Only through forgiveness can you eliminate the shadow of bad things and clean up the garbage in your memory. After you can completely get rid of this situation, you may be able to consider it as a necessary part of your own growth process.
