The more incompetent a person is, the more they like to throw tantrums; the more outstanding a person is, the less they show off; successful people are rational and composed, and excellent people are rational and open-minded. Human emotions are like a silent volcano. If you keep your spirit on the edge of anger, complaint, decadence, and depression, one day the active volcano in your heart will erupt, causing a harmful situation that is not worth the loss. Therefore, you must know how to restrain, regulate, and control your emotions, because only by truly achieving anger without taking it away, joy without giving it away, and not showing it in appearance, can you truly win the respect of others.

If you still can't learn to hide, control, and manage your emotions, it means you haven't truly matured yet; If you still unconsciously show your emotions to others, it means that your cultivation and literacy are not up to standard; If your emotions have already caused discomfort and disgust to others, and have also led you into a irritable and embarrassing situation, then it means that you have no understanding of human relationships and are completely incapable of being a person and doing things.

Negative emotions are like cannon fire, which can be ignited with a little carelessness. Therefore, in order not to harm others and not to poison yourself, you must know how to release your stress. Actually, managing emotions is not that difficult. As long as you can become more patient, calm, generous, and selfless every day, over time you will become a Buddha like person who is not easily out of control, angry, or complaining. Of course, this Buddhist mentality does not make you swallow your pride, compromise, or do nothing. Instead, it teaches you to communicate with others with wisdom, flexibility, and alertness. Only in this way can you prevent external emotions from harming, implicating, or angering others, and prevent others from easily seeing through your thoughts, goals, attitudes, and bottom lines through your expressions and actions.

Only children are stubborn, stubborn, reckless, clumsy, and unreasonable in expressing their emotions, while a mature and rational adult will never let others see through them.

Although losing your temper is an instinct, controlling it is a skill. Hopefully, you can successfully quit your negative emotions and become a wise star with a good mindset, high literacy, and strong cultivation.
